STEP Visitor Centre

The Strategic Tunnel Enhancement Program (STEP) supports urban and industrial growth while reducing carbon emissions.


The STEP Visitor Centre showcases TAQA Water Solutions' efforts to advance Abu Dhabi’s infrastructure. It features equipment models, interactive displays, and the latest technology, aiming to educate and inspire visitors about sustainable practices.

Visiting Hours:
Sunday-Tuesday: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Strategic Tunnel Enhancement Program – TAQA Water Solutions



Requirements:

  • Visit requests should be submitted at least 3 weeks before the visit date.

  • The number of attending people should not exceed 20 per visit. If the number is exceeded, attendees will be distributed into groups or different time slots as suitable.

  • School visits should be supervised by at least 3 people for every 20 students.

  • Photos are only allowed in the STEP Visitor Centre.

  • TAQA Water Solutions is not responsible for any accidents occurring outside the Visitor Centre.


Specific Requirements for School Visits:

  • Visit requests should be submitted at least 3 weeks before the visit date.
  • Allowed age range: Seventh grade and higher.
  • Adherence to supervisors' instructions during the visit is required.
  • Exhibits should not be touched.
  • Attention is required during presentations.
  • Photos are only allowed in the STEP Visitor Centre.
    TAQA Water Solutions is not responsible for any accidents occurring outside the Visitor Centre
  • SWS doesn’t take the responsibility in case of accidents outside Visitors Centre.
