Besides connecting customers to our network, we also serve small proportion of customers through septic tanks and “Tankering”, connecting and registering these septic tanks as part of the TAQA Water Solutions network and enhancing the safety of these tanks. We introduced the Tankering Management Center app (TMC) in 2023 for non-connected customers. This app facilitates the scheduling of tanker service appointments and allows customers to track tankering trucks, optimising communication and fostering smooth interactions between drivers and customers.
